A: Your uniformed driver (in suit & tie) will hold a sign with your name; their “meet & greet” service helps at the airport.

A: They use new-model cars from 2004-2007: Luxury Sedans (Cadillac & Lincoln Town Car) in dark/light; Stretch Limousines (2006 Lincoln Town Cars) in black/white with TV/DVD/CD; Luxury Vans that seat up to 10 passengers for airport pickups, or up to 14 for sightseeing.

Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: Your card isn’t charged until the day of service. Prepayments can be made online for friends or relatives.

Q: What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation “No Show”?
A: All no-shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must call their toll-free number so dispatch can locate driver and passenger.

Q: How can I cancel and what is your Cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours before service. To avoid charges: cancel 24-12 hours prior via email/fax, or 12-5 hours prior by phone (weekdays 10 am-8 pm).

Q: What is your “Service Guarantee”?
A: Once you receive your confirmation number, the car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you (provided reservation is made at least 24 hours in advance and a valid credit card is on file).

Q: What are your hourly rates?
A: Rates are hourly (BTH / As Directed): 2-hour minimum on Weekdays (Mon–Thu), 3-hour minimum on Weekends (Fri–Sun), 5-hour minimum any day if traveling outside the greater city limits.
