Waiting Time and Rates:
Additional waiting time for point-to-point services is not included and will be added to your bill if applicable. Charges begin 15 minutes after the requested pickup time. For airport pickups, we include up to 30 minutes of waiting time from the actual flight arrival. Additional waiting time and parking fees are not included in the initial quote and will be added to the final total. All hourly charges are billed in full-hour increments. The rate quoted prior to service is an estimate; the final total may change due to additional waiting time, extra stops, or other adjustments.
Payments and Authorizations:
The cardholder is responsible for all payments and agrees to all charges provided by Liberty Town Car Service LLC. All unpaid deposits and balances are authorized by the customer through either verbal or signed agreement. Liberty Town Car Service LLC obtains credit card authorizations prior to the service date for an amount exceeding the estimate to cover potential additional costs. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments exceeding $1,000.00.
Liability Agreement:
This agreement is a contractual arrangement for limousine service and pertains specifically to the customer’s conduct during the service. In addition to the hourly rate, any damage exceeding normal wear and tear will result in a minimum charge of $150.00 for repair or professional cleaning. The final assessment of “unusual wear and tear” rests solely with Liberty Town Car Service LLC.
Additional Services and Policies:
If the duration or type of service exceeds the original booking, additional charges will apply at our standard rates. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate a run without refund in the event of blatant indiscretion or misconduct by the client(s). Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Liberty Town Car Service LLC is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or for items left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their legal seating capacity. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, Liberty Town Car Service LLC will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed-upon date.
Child Safety Seats:
We provide baby seats upon request; however, Liberty Town Car Service LLC does not guarantee the availability or specific type of seat. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for inspecting and securing the child seat and the child for their safety. The use of our baby seats is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the user. Liberty Town Car Service LLC relinquishes all liability regarding the use of these seats.
